Associate Director - Governance & Pensions Solutions
Join our Governance and Pensions Solutions (GPS) team, a key growth area within our Outsourcing function. GPS provides Outsourced Pensions Management services to occupational pension schemes, working with schemes of all sizes, including some of the most prestigious and complex in the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional outsourced pensions management services, partnering with in-house pension functions, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks and objectives.
* Build trusted relationships with clients, helping them address challenges and improve processes, exercising judgment and agility in solutions.
* Provide strategic input into clients’ governance frameworks in line with regulatory standards.
* Develop strong internal relationships within WTW and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Manage client budgets, ensure accurate billing, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
* Participate in new business activities and manage case summaries related to trustee discretion and escalated complaints.
* Share insights and lessons learned with the team, fostering innovation and outside-the-box thinking.
Qualifications:
* Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks for DB, DC, and hybrid pension schemes.
* Experience in pensions governance, consulting, or in-house roles.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
* Business development, up-selling, and cross-selling experience is advantageous.
* Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize effectively.
* Postgraduate or professional pension qualifications are preferred.
