Overview
As a Stockroom Associate you will play a vital role in ensuring our store runs smoothly by managing inventory, organizing stock, and supporting the overall operations of the store. This role offers opportunities for growth alongside our exceptional teammates and industry partners.
What You'll Do
1. Receive, inspect and organize new shipments that arrive throughout the week, helping to ensure all items are properly labeled, tagged and stocked in designated areas.
2. Maintain consistent operational standards, both on the sales floor and in the backroom through coaching training and accountability.
3. Manage an organized and tidy stockroom, ensuring easy access to products for the sales floor. Arranging footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking.
