Role Overview: A brand new role within the team, this role as Director of Global Transformation and Strategy for Content (product) will play a pivotal in shaping the growth of the content division, globally. Ideally, with previous experience in managing a full transformation Content project. Previous experience in managing a team is preferred. This is a hands on role that will drive all content creation from a strategic perspective. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the global content strategy, working closely with key stakeholders to align with business objectives. Manage a team of content creators across SaaS, courses and publishing, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality output. Full P&L management responsibility. Drive content creation across various channels, including digital platforms, print publications, and multimedia formats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, editorial, and product development, to ensure cohesive content delivery. Monitor industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities for engagement. Analyse content performance metrics and use insights to optimise strategy and drive audience growth. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and content trends, exploring innovative ways to enhance the content delivery and user experience. Act as a champion for the brand, ensuring that all content reflects the company’s values, mission, and voice. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is preferred Proven experience in taking a business through a re-brand of a division and driving forward a full global strategy and delivering results. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. Excellent writing and editing abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Creative thinker with a knack for generating fresh ideas and pushing the boundaries of content innovation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
