Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Community Location: Rotherham (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £33 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker on behalf of its client’s Adult Community Team based in Rotherham.
What will your responsibilities be?
Experience supporting older adults or individuals with physical, cognitive, or learning disabilitiesSkilled in Care Act assessments, support planning, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Best Interest decisionsKnowledge of DoLS, including s.21A court work, and ability to work within legal frameworksExperienced in safeguarding procedures and conducting Section 42 enquiries under the Care ActFamiliar with CHC Checklists and DSTs; able to complete home visits with at least 3 days onsite requiredBenefits:
