Previous demonstrated BEMS experience required in various systems, including Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Delta, Priva, Cylon, ALC, Distech, and Schneider.
Brief
In this role, you will be responsible for managing small-scale projects from start to finish. This includes producing schedules, describing operation, modifying panel designs, producing or modifying drawings, and commissioning when required.
You will be expected to work well as part of a project team but also work efficiently independently. As part of the team, you will share technical knowledge and seek support when necessary. This is a senior management role with a direct impact on the success of the ECS division and the company.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage smaller-scale projects ensuring delivery aligns with the program and design.
* Ensure compliance with H&S and CDM requirements, including documentation.
* Liaise with sub-contract engineers and clients, reporting changes or issues.
* Build and maintain strong client relations.
* Manage sub-contractors daily.
* Attend site-based commissioning and progress meetings.
* Assist with field checks, terminations, panel and wiring modifications as needed.
* Create and manage project programs.
* Commission various DDC control systems, including wiring, schedules, and updating drawings and documentation.
* Procure control items and size control valves.
* Collate and update 'AS COMMISSIONED' information on the server.
* Witness packs sign-off.
* Demonstrate and hand over projects to clients diligently.
* Conduct site surveys and produce detailed reports with recommendations.
* Attend training and meetings as required.
* Follow project method statements and risk assessments, updating as necessary.
* Enforce H&S policies for all employees and subcontractors, creating and updating method statements and risk assessments.
* Adhere to ISO, H&S procedures, and policies.
* Provide technical support to team members.
* Produce, submit, and amend technical submittals, including descriptions of operations, equipment schedules, and manuals.
* Produce IO wiring diagrams for panel design and review received designs.
* Prepare RFIs and technical submissions for clients.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

* Complete timesheets weekly.
* Manage expenses monthly.
* Complete one vehicle check per week using the checked safe app.
* Identify and report additional work for quotations.
