Bodyshop General Manager (Automotive) Location: Taplow (Buckinghamshire - Roaming to other sites across the network) Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 (Bonus and benefits) Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30pm-5:00pm * Please only apply if you have experience working in Automotive / Accident Repair * A fantastic opportunity to join a modern and friendly accident repair centre company. As a Bodyshop General Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the Bodyshop based in Taplow and across their other sites in the network and its various components ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will monitor and control use of all workshop resources to ensure maximum impact on quality of work. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead, supervise, and provide direction to the Technicians. Manage the work area, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness for efficient operations. Uphold regulatory compliance and ensure sensitive information is communicated appropriately. Responsibility for the efficient running of the workshop and maintaining high levels of productivity. Ensuring the workshop equipment and tools are maintained, thus maintaining a professional workshop environment at all times. You will have: Some leadership experience in managing teams. Extensive understanding of the vehicle repair industry, vehicle legislation and trade practises Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy. Effective communication skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
