The Role: International Trade Manager
Develop and execute the International commercial strategy, identifying new markets, customers, and regions to drive distribution, sales, and profit growth across trade and retail channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, acting as the primary commercial contact and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, NPD, Marketing, Regulatory) to ensure seamless execution across all international markets
Manage forecasting and demand planning for international accounts, ensuring accurate volume projections and stock availability
Ensure compliance with all market-specific regulatory, labelling, and import/export requirements
Drive consistency of brand positioning and customer experience across all international channels
Minimum 3 years experience in international sales, business development, or account management
Strong understanding of international trade compliance, export regulations, and customs processes
Experience leading Joint Business Planning with retail or distribution partners
