•Communicate and implement change as directed.
•Health and Safety compliance in accordance with companypolicies.
•Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations anddemonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.
•Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customerservice.
•Liaise with customers, shunt drivers, warehouse guards,supervisors and warehouse personnel.
•Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and practices.
•Supervision of all staff under your direct or indirectcontrol.
•Administration duties as required to ensure daily KPIperformance is achieved.
•Ensure all resources are utilized efficiently.
•Continuously monitor the performance and activities of theshift operations through the use of KPI’s, with a primary focus on costcontrols.
•Experiencein a 3PL company preferred
•Ability toexcel working in an extremely fast paced environment
•Strongplanning and organization skills
•Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills
•A highdegree of initiative and the ability to work in a team environment areessential
•Excellentknowledge of overall warehousing processes
•Strongcomputer skills, Excel – intermediate level.
•Must befully versed client warehouse system.
•Must befull versed in the warehouse functions
