Well suited an an ambitious HR Professional this role is responsible for: Deliver first-line HR and policy advice to managers and employeesManage onboarding, inductions and probation processesSupport ER cases including absence, performance and informal mattersMaintain accurate HR records and reporting through People HRSupport training, development and wellbeing initiativesContribute to HR projects and process improvementsLiaise with the outsourced payroll and benefits providerOccasional travel to two UK offices (pre-arranged, approx. once per month)The successful candidate:CIPD studying (membership funded)Minimum 2 years HR experience in a generalist environmentConfident building relationships across all levelsWell-organised, detail-focused and proactiveMust hold a valid UK driving licence (car or allowance provided)
