Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and deliver a variety of events from concept to completion

* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

* Liaise with internal teams including catering, kitchen, and operations to ensure seamless delivery

* Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown on-site

* Prepare event proposals, costings, and manage budgets effectively

* Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food hygiene regulations

* Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and positive feedback


Qualifications


Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or a similar role

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

* Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure

* Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends

* A proactive, hands-on attitude with great attention to detail

Desirable:

* Experience in contract catering or educational settings

* Knowledge of event planning systems or hospitality software
