Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm + Optional Saturdays

Responsibilities
* Preparing vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, Filler work, and priming for painting.
* Conducting inspections and repairs as necessary to ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for paint application.
* Working efficiently with the paint team to meet quality and deadline expectations.
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
* Following health and safety guidelines meticulously.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in an automotive repair environment.
* Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, and priming techniques.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
* Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
* Effective communication and time management skills.
