Keep it real—and keep it recorded Log everything clearly and accurately to ensure the team stays connected and the support remains consistent. Work as one Collaborate with CAMHS, social workers, and other professionals to create a united, responsive support system. Drive progress From appointments to school runs—or even just a trip out for ice cream—you’ll be there to support both practically and emotionally.
