The Role:
Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our Principal at Rainham and Hackney Sixth Form Campuses. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of strategic initiatives. You will also be required to attend campus each day and travel to different New City College campuses when needed.
Who You Are:
You must be able to plan and progress a programme of work to strict deadlines and have excellent oral and written communication skills. An excellent eye for detail and accuracy is paramount. You should possess proficient computer skills and an expertise in the use of software packages and applications, including the MS Office suite namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A willingness to work flexibly and to adapt quickly to changing operational needs is essential as you will occasionally be required to stay late.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary Management: Organizing and maintaining the Principal’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Communication: Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and acting as a liaison between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders.
* Administrative Support: Preparing reports, presentations, and documents, and managing confidential information with discretion.
* Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of college events and initiatives.
* Project Management: Supporting various projects and initiatives led by the Principal.
