Logistics Planner Location: Christchurch Hours: Full-time, Permanent Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Logistics Planner to join a busy and collaborative team in Christchurch. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately planning customer orders across Distribution Centre, RCC, and e-commerce channels - ensuring products are delivered on time and in full. You'll work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate daily workloads, maintain stock visibility, and proactively resolve any issues that could impact delivery performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven logistics planning experience who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment. What you'll be doing: Plan and coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Review order books, stock levels, and inbound stock to create accurate logistics plans. Keep up to date with any issues (e.g. QC delays, late arrivals) that could affect delivery times. Maintain and update WMS for successful receipt and distribution of customer accounts. Communicate logistics plans and potential challenges to the wider business. Support and provide cover for other members of the planning team. Promote safe working practices and identify any health & safety issues. What we're looking for: Proven experience in logistics planning and coordination. Working knowledge of WMS and ERP systems. Strong Excel and Outlook skills. A calm, proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
