About the SEND Department • Dedicated Learning Support Centre • Experienced Teaching Assistants and intervention specialists • Strong systems for tracking and personalised support • Partnerships with external agencies and educational psychologists • Investment in assistive technology and targeted programmes About the Role • Leading SEND strategy across the school • Coordinating EHCPs, interventions and personalised learning plans • Working closely with staff, families and external professionals • Monitoring progress and overseeing interventions • Providing teacher training on inclusive classroom practice • Ensuring full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice Experience and Qualifications • Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or working towards • QTS • Proven experience supporting students with diverse needs • Excellent communication and leadership skills Salary MPS/UPS SEN allowance.
