* Great opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join the team working alongside the Senior Account Manager


The role:

* Key Account Manager, managing a mix of UK accounts and developing new business
* Accounts are likely to include garden centre groups, independents and nursery retailers
* Work closely with Senior Account Manager’s and UK Sales Director to develop account base
* Chance to build-on long-lasting relationships and grow the business
* Able to manage your own P&L and budgets effectively
* Strong communication skills and able to use your own initiative
* Ambitious, keen to learn and develop your career within a small business environment


Ideal candidate:

* Will need to have operated in FMCG, Consumer Goods or a similar industry
* For example, you may have operated in gift, toys, home or a closely related category but this is not essential, you may be open to a change of industry
* Will currently be operating at Territory Sales, Key Account Manager or a similar level
* Be personable, likeable and ambitious

* Role will be Hybrid. 2 days per week in Bedfordshire head office location


Benefits & details:

* Up to £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
* Wider company benefits and discretionary bonus
* Hybrid role – 2 days in Bedfordshire head office with home-working
