We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy accident repair and automotive services business in Dorking. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills to be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a smooth and professional service throughout the repair process.
The Role:
1. Liaise with customers bringing vehicles in for repair.
2. Run through repair estimates and explain processes clearly, without jargon.
3. Carry out pre- and post-repair checks with customers.
4. Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, escalating to the branch manager where required.
5. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
6. Use internal IT platforms, email, and phone systems to manage customer interactions.
7. Work within a busy but professional customer service team, aiming for 100% satisfaction.
The Person:
8. Previous customer service experience, ideally within the automotive or accident repair sector.
9. Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via telephone/email.
10. Patient, professional, and well presented at all times.
11. Confident IT user with strong organisational skills.
