Store-based sales role; responsible for representing the full Apple product line in a customer-friendly environment and delivering outstanding customer service.
What you will do
You will be there to provide friendly, knowledgeable advice and support to both consumer and professional customers, helping them discover which Apple products are right for them. You will contribute to a team that aims to meet and exceed sales and service performance goals, while demonstrating a personal ethos of \'no limits\'. You will ensure every customer receives the best possible shopping experience from the moment they walk into the store. The role also involves opportunities to gain knowledge about visual merchandising, product and service knowledge, and sales techniques, with potential for career progression based on performance and attention to detail.
Responsibilities (highlights)
* Showcase the full Apple product line in-store and provide exceptional customer service
* Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate Apple products
* Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and service targets
* Develop knowledge of visual merchandising, product features, and sales techniques

Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
* Right to work in the UK
* Passion, knowledge, and determination to learn about Apple products
