Job Description
This exciting role will design, implement and lead the Customer Service process:
* In the early stages of the role you'll be working with global counterparts to capture and implement a process for the UK customer strategy (focused on complex manufactured products)
* Subject Matter Expert lead of SAP implementation
* B2B Customer Service management for customer journey - working with customers from Order through to Payment and supporting with all inbetween
* Forecasting customer requirements and planning of stock
* Work within the SLT to represent the customer in business decisions
* Longer term: to Recruit, supervise and lead a customer service team
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Develop client service procedures, policies and standards
* Implement an effective customer loyalty programme
* Handle complex customer complaints and enquiries
* Conduct team meetings and provide performance feedback
* Prepare reports and analyse customer service data
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Supervisor should have:
* Proven experience in a customer service team lead or leadership role
* Experience with implementing systems and processes
* Comfortable with system implementations or upgrades on SAP
* A real expert in managing order processing through to invoice queries for business customers
* Currently working for a household brand and working with retail customers would be advantageous
* Strong understanding of customer service techniques and standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
* A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
