Position Summary
Infosys is seeking a Senior DevOps / Production Support Engineer with at least 6 years of experience supporting and automating enterprise-grade applications, maintaining and uplifting critical infrastructure components.
Required Qualifications
* Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, monitoring, and issue resolution in production environments
* Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and XLR
* Strong debugging skills to resolve production issues efficiently
* Experience with application monitoring tools like ELF, Kibana
* Knowledge of secure application access and certificate management
* Experience with performance, load, and functionality testing tools like Postman, JMeter
* Programming skills in Java, Python, etc.
* Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, DB2) and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Couchbase)
* Familiarity with PaaS applications is a plus
* Agile methodology experience and knowledge of ceremonies
* Effective collaboration with development teams
* Ability to innovate and enable business capabilities
* Willingness to upskill on new technologies
* Strong communication skills for cross-functional interactions
* Experience with build automation, pair programming, testing automation, and version control
* Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments
* Financial Services domain experience, especially in Credit Card domain
