My client are an established international organisation that designs and manufactures their own products for the energy sector.
They are seeking a Part Time Receptionist based in Littleport to:
Answer Phones
Meet and greet visitors
Arrange transport as and when necessary
Process expenses
Back Office Duties (Filing, Scanning)
Skills/Experience:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Prior experience within a Reception or customer service environment with the organisation and booking of travel, hotels etc.
Able to evidence a good standard of spoken and written English
Accurate typing and data entry skills
A desire to achieve a high level of customer service
Organisation skills with the ability to manage own time and workload effectively
A current, clean UK driving licence.
Salary & Working Hours:
£12.75/hour - 16hours per week (Thursday & Friday 8am - 5pm)
