Join the Invoice Finance team for Close Brothers Commercial Ireland where you will provide support to our Client Managers and help deliver innovative funding solutions and outstanding service to our clients. You’ll work with businesses operating Invoice Discounting, IDeal, Factoring and ABL facilities, playing a key role in building strong client relationships. Working as part of the Client Management team, our ideal new team member will have previous experience in a client/customer facing role and will possess excellent communication, prioritisation and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in commercial lending, especially Invoice Finance, isn't essential, but would be beneficial. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide on-hand support for client managers with effective handling of client queries, requests, internal administrative and reporting requirements. Deliver outstanding customer service and strong customer retention behaviours Maintain our processes and systems in respect of agreement changes, aligned to our business authorities. This includes variation letters and legal documentation requests. Handle client payment requests and processing within business authorities. Assist the new business/onboarding process with system set up checks and client training. Co-ordinate outgoing inter-factor transfers Ensure timely and accurate system closures, including completion and circulation of termination reports. Attend client visits as required to enhance and build on existing relationships Identification and escalation of risks. Timely and accurate completion of Annual Security reviews. Ensure that customers are put at the heart of what we do as a business and that when delivering our products and services the customer’s needs are met as far as possible. Ensure that our products and services are clearly, fairly and accurately described in marketing and other client documentation. Ensure that customers are treated fairly throughout the transaction lifecycle.
