Registered Nurse - Night Shift
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a night shift basis.
Job Description:
* Craft personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure accuracy by observing daily interactions and conditions, documenting precise, legal, and easily understood care information.
* Lead the team with confidence, organizing and guiding them to deliver top-notch care.
* Facilitate seamless transitions through clear communication and continuity of care.
* Monitor health by performing routine observations and managing specific health needs.
* Administer medications safely, adhering strictly to MAR sheets and protocols.
* Build relationships by fostering strong, trusting bonds with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Promote independence by supporting residents in daily activities, encouraging autonomy while providing hands-on assistance as needed.
* Act on feedback by being responsive to team input, prioritizing resident health and well-being.
* Champion respect by upholding the dignity and individuality of every resident, advocating for their needs and preferences.
* Encourage engagement by facilitating social interactions and activities, enriching the lives of residents and creating a vibrant community.
* Prioritize safety by maintaining a vigilant eye on health and safety, ensuring a secure environment for all.
* Support nutrition by advocating for balanced nutrition and hydration, monitoring residents at risk of weight changes or dehydration.
* Respond to emergencies by being prepared to act swiftly, utilizing reflective practices to continually improve care.
Requirements:
* You're a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
* A passion for care and dedication to improving the lives of others is essential.
* You have a natural ability to connect with people, bringing warmth, understanding, and a calm, patient demeanor to every interaction.
* Communication is your superpower, whether you're talking with a resident about their needs or guiding your care team.
