Description
Develop and implement innovative logistics solutions to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new solutions.
Analyse existing logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed project plans and proposals for client approval.
Oversee the execution and delivery of logistics tenders to ensure quality and efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business services and logistics.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.Profile
A successful Solutions Design Manager should have:
A strong background in logistics solutions design within the 3PL sector.
Proven skills in developing and implementing effective solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using AutoCAD, Sketchup, CLASS or similar modelling tools
Experience using transport and network modelling tools is advantageous
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
