Key Responsibilities: Carrying out SMART repairs on a range of vehicles, including bumper scuffs, alloy wheels, minor dents, and paintwork
Performing accurate colour matching and blending
Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Keeping accurate records of work carried out
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working with the wider team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements: Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Cosmetic Repair Technician
Strong paint and filler skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good time management and a proactive approach to tasks
