The Role
As a Classroom Supervisor, you will:
* Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher using pre-set work
* Keep students focused, on task, and engaged throughout the lesson
* Manage classroom behaviour using clear school systems
* Provide support and guidance where needed, without full teaching responsibilities
* Work across different subjects and year groups
* Build positive relationships with students and staff
