JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrician to join our Voids property team on a full-time, permanent basis covering North Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful applicant will ensure our properties are kept to a high quality for re-let purposes, ensuring that a customer focused service is delivered.
The locations you will be expected to work are: North Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Leeds, Harrogate, Rotherham & the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Certified & experienced workforce: You will be a certificated electrician with demonstrated experience in domestic and commercial electrical works.
Reporting: You will have the ability to correctly complete the relevant certifications, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
Technical Data : You will have the ability to accurately interpret technical data & drawings and instructions.
Customer satisfaction: Our customers are at the heart of what we do, you will not only be experienced in a customer focussed environment, but you will share a passion for going the extra mile to get the job done.
Health & safety awareness: You will have the ability to carry out physical tasks and be aware of health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, our customers and colleagues.
Role Criteria
Essential:
You will hold a City and Guilds 236 Pt 1 & 2 (or NVQ Level 3).
You will have 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671.
You will be able to undertake out of hours call out duties on a rota basis. (This is paid at £525 per week).
You will hold a valid driver's licence as a company vehicle will be provided.
Desirable:
2+ years' experience of completing EICR's.
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent.
Please note: This position will require a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
