Job Title: Personal Assistant / Carer for a 10-Year-Old Child with Learning Disabilities We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable Personal Assistant/Carer to support a fun-loving 10-year-old child in our busy family home. He loves gaming, Pokémon and being silly, so a playful and engaging personality is a must Role & Responsibilities: Providing personal and intimate care, including support with changing Preparing simple meals and snacks Playing, engaging in activities, and supporting learning and development Taking him out for fun days out and community activities (driver preferred) Working both in the family home and out in the community About You: Caring, patient and enthusiastic Experience with special educational needs is preferred but not essential (full training can be provided) A driver with a clean licence would be an advantage Reliable, trustworthy and comfortable working in a family environment Hours & Pay: 12 hours per week Days and times negotiable £13 per hour This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference in a young person's life.
