YOU as our Food and Beverage Manager will have full management responsibility for the restaurants, bar, in‑room dining, conference & banqueting, and special events.
This is a hands‑on role, your focus will be on leading YOUR team to deliver exceptional guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales.

Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about all things hospitality & food
* Proven track record of success working in a management role within a busy food & beverage operation
* Strong operational knowledge of food & beverage and strong commercial awareness in this sector
* Capability to drive and motivate teams through periods of change, and track record in recognising and developing future hospitality stars
* The ability to create a positive culture within the team
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
* Strong organization and planning skills
* Experience managing budgets and driving revenue sales
