A welcoming primary school in Penzance is looking for a dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team this September.

✨ About the Role
As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work alongside the class teacher to deliver inspiring, age-appropriate activities
* Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment
* Observe and record children’s progress, sharing feedback with teachers and parents
* Collaborate with colleagues and families to support individual needs

What We’re Looking For
* A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Diploma or equivalent)
* Previous experience in an EYFS setting (nursery or school)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding practices
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* A caring, patient, and motivated approach to supporting young children
