Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Cirencester, GL7Salary: £30,000 per annumHours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)Contract: Permanent PositionPertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a small, close-knit warehouse team based in GL7. This is a hands-on leadership role within an established distribution business, where you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day operation.The Role:
* Supervise, measure and report on daily warehouse activities and team performance
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency
* Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through excellence in goods-in, picking and dispatch operations
* Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and ensure compliance with procedures
* Promote a safe, organised and high-performing working environment
About You:
* Proven experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
* Full UK driving licence
* Confident using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and general IT systems
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive leader who leads by example and motivates their team
