Due to continued growth and consistent insurance workflow, they are now seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator to join their skilled and professional team.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out accurate vehicle damage assessments
* Produce repair estimates using Audatex and GT Global
* Liaise with technicians, parts suppliers, and insurers as required
* Ensure all estimates are accurate, cost-effective, and compliant with repair standards
* Monitor repair progress and update estimates where necessary
* Maintain high standards of customer service and attention to detail.
What Were Looking For
You will be an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator with:
* Experience in a VDA / Estimator role (essential)
* Proven experience using Audatex and GT Global (essential)
* Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and processes
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK or meet Skilled Worker visa requirements where applicable.
Whats On Offer
* Salary: £36,000£42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Hours: 3840 hours per week, across 5 days
* Holidays: 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
