<div><h3>Deputy SENCO Administrator – Secondary Education</h3><p>Location: North West London<br/>Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 depending on experience<br/>Contract: Full Time Permanent</p><p>A welcoming and inclusive secondary school is seeking a proactive and organised Deputy SENCO Administrator to join its established SEND and inclusion team.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with SEND administration, pastoral, education support, nursery SENCO, or student support experience who is passionate about helping young people access the support they need to succeed.</p><p>The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCO and wider pastoral team to support the smooth day-to-day running of SEND provision across the school, ensuring students, families, and staff receive high-quality support and communication.</p><h3>The Role</h3><ul><li>The Deputy SENCO Administrator will provide operational and administrative support to the SENCO, helping coordinate SEND processes, student interventions, referrals, annual reviews, and communication with parents and external agencies.</li><li>This is a varied and rewarding role within a collaborative school environment and would suit someone who enjoys organisation, relationship-building, and supporting inclusive education practice.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the SENCO with the coordination and administration of SEND provision across the school</li><li>Assist with EHCP reviews, referrals, annual review paperwork, and student documentation</li><li>Maintain accurate SEND records, intervention tracking, and provision maps</li><li>Liaise with parents, carers, external agencies, and pastoral teams regarding student support</li><li>Support the organisation of meetings, reviews, and SEND-related communication</li><li>Monitor student progress data and help track interventions and outcomes</li><li>Provide pastoral and wellbeing support for students where required</li><li>Work collaboratively with teaching staff, safeguarding teams, and Learning Support Assistants
