What you will be doing:
* Leading and developing a team of electronics and FPGA engineers
* Driving the design and delivery of advanced hardware systems from concept to production
* Defining processes, tools and standards that enable innovation and efficiency
* Collaborating across Engineering, Product and Operations to achieve business goals
* Mentoring, coaching and recruiting the next generation of engineering talent
What do we need from you:
* Proven leadership and people management experience
* Strong technical foundation across digital, analogue and FPGA design
* A track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects within the manufacturing sector
* Up-to-date knowledge of modern design tools and methodologies
* A confident, inspiring leader with the ability to influence, motivate and drive results
