We are seeking a hands-on and customer centric Store Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs concession store within Myer Macquarie. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Store Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end-to-end store operations within your concession store, responsibilities include customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting. This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail; Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory; Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's; Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills; Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base; Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers; An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others; A huge passion for fashion; Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
