The Role

As an experienced Strategic Account Executive, you will drive new business growth within enterprise and mid-market accounts across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to join a category-defining company, selling a market-leading SaaS platform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, selling into enterprise accounts that are shaping the future of biotech!


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, Heads of R&D, and innovation leaders in biotech organizations.
* Guide prospects through complex sales cycles, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and how the platform can deliver measurable impact.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless implementation and long-term client success.
* Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company's growth and market leadership.


What Does Success Look Like?

* You establish yourself as a trusted advisor to biotech organizations, helping modernize and optimize their R&D processes.
* You successfully close high-value enterprise deals, contributing to revenue growth.
* You leverage a well-defined sales playbook to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles efficiently.
* You build a robust pipeline of both large-scale and emerging biotech companies for consistent and predictable performance.
* You collaborate with a high-performing team, sharing insights and best practices to elevate the entire sales function.
