A brilliant mainstream higher education school in the Redditch area is looking for an organised, passionate and determined qualified teacher to join their experienced teaching setup. This is the ideal opportunity for a secondary school teacher who is looking to now specialise in SEND or for an already experienced SEND primary teacher to take on an exciting new challenge. The successful candidate will: •Have a child and adult enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to apply for a new one •Be a qualified teacher. •Be able to work as a team; working with TA’s, other school staff and communicate with parents •Remain confident and calm in a busy classroom environment. •Be able to plan and teach engaging lessons that fulfil national curriculum guidelines. •Be able to tailor teaching approach to suit the needs of all learners. •Have experience working with pupils who have challenging behaviour, further training will be provided if required. You will be working 08:30 till 4, Monday to Friday, during term time only. This will be a temporary role with the opportunity leading into a permanent role for the right candidate.
