Processing purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently within agreed timescales. Reconciling supplier statements and identifying and resolving discrepancies. Responding to basic supplier queries via phone and email. Maintaining organised physical and digital filing systems. Completing credit checks and setting up new supplier accounts. Processing account applications and direct debit instructions. Managing and updating existing supplier records. Assisting with the preparation and processing of twice-monthly BACS payment runs.
