What Makes Us Successful Together
* You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in business in a related field. We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds who can demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge.
* You bring substantial experience in capacity planning, ideally in a leadership role. We value transferable experience from varied industries and sectors.
* You are confident using planning tools such as SAP or Oracle and have strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Your ability to interpret data and lead cross-functional initiatives is key.
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is beneficial but not essential. We encourage applications from candidates who are eager to learn and grow in these areas.
* You apply data analytics and forecasting methods to anticipate future resource requirements, and you prepare and present detailed reports to senior management with clarity and impact.
* You understand and apply industry regulations and compliance standards related to capacity planning, ensuring all processes meet legal and operational requirements.
