Job Description Nursing Home Manager (Registered Nurse) – Older Adults Care – Up to £78,000 The home provides nursing care for older adults, including those living with dementia, with a strong record of meeting standards and a positive CQC rating. As Nursing Home Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the home, including staffing, quality and compliance, and financial oversight. The role requires a registered nurse with a clear track record of leadership and stability. Before You Apply This role is not suitable for candidates without a minimum of three years’ experience as a Registered Home Manager. Applicants must be a registered nurse (NMC) with current registration. Experience of CQC inspections, regulatory compliance, and managing budgets is essential.
