Join Our Client as a Building Receptionist!\n\nAre you an enthusiastic and friendly individual with a passion for exceptional customer service? Our client is seeking a dedicated Building Receptionist for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in the vibrant area of Gosforth.\n\nPosition Details:\n\nStart Date: Monday 19th May (training provided for the first 2 weeks)\nHourly Rate: £12.75\nWorking Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Shifts will vary between 08:00-16:30 and 09:30-18:00\nFree parking available onsite Key Responsibilities:\n\nDeliver first-class customer service to all building guests and occupiers.\nCollaborate with internal and external partners to exceed client expectations.\nProvide effective administrative support and guidance at the point of inquiry.\nAssist the Building Manager with front of house management and tenant liaison.\nSupport the programming of events, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.\nMeet and greet visitors, manage access control passes, and ensure security is maintained.\nHandle incoming calls and emails, taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up.\nConduct quality checks of common areas and liaise with cleaning staff to maintain high standards.\nBe flexible in working hours to cover for colleagues during holidays or absences.What We're Looking For:\n\n2+ years of experience in a self-managed Receptionist/Front of House or customer service role.\nBasic understanding of the Property Management industry.\nA commitment to delivering exceptional standards of customer service.\nConfident and outgoing personality with a professional outlook.\nExcellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Outlook; familiarity with Building Management Systems is a plus.\nGood knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.\nStrong communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ready to Make an Impact?\nIf you are passionate about providing outstanding service and meet the qualifications outlined above, please apply today!
