Job Responsibilities As a Supply Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include: Supporting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities. Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional learning needs. Helping children with literacy, numeracy, and phonics sessions. Assisting in maintaining a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Adapting quickly to new classroom settings and routines. Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across multiple schools.
