WORK LOCATION:
We welcome applications from drivers based in and around the surrounding areas
Bedfordshire Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.67 per hour plus 25p mileage.
Hertfordshire Pay Rate: £14.44 - £15.44 per hour plus 25p mileage.
Shifts work across seven days a week,
EVENING – 2:00 pm – 10:00/11:00 pm
Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities
Support clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes by following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, medication, and practical tasks like shopping and housework.
Assist with mobility and physical disabilities, including the use and care of aids and adaptations.
Help with domestic tasks such as making beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
Support personal hygiene routines, including washing, bathing, and toileting.
Assist with eating and drinking, including meal preparation and feeding if required.
Help with medication administration and reminders.
Additional Responsibilities
Provide companionship to prevent loneliness and engage clients in activities and outings.
Monitor health and report changes in wellbeing.
Organise and accompany clients to social activities and appointments.
Maintain accurate records of care and incidents.
Follow emergency procedures in case of accidents or medical emergencies.
Communicate effectively with family members about the client's care and wellbeing.
Qualifications

No previous social care experience is necessary; we focus on your compassion, resilience, eagerness to learn, and commitment to respectful care. You must have the right to work in the UK, a driving licence, and access to a vehicle, especially for rural areas.
