Key Responsibilities: Engage with children aged 0-13 and deliver a range of ministry-based programs and activities, including a baby bank, toddler group, and kids club to support the successful delivery of mission Responsible for leading Bible-based activities, facilitating prayer, and providing chaplaincy-style support and conversations Participate in and lead Christian worship where appropriate Demonstrate both a professional and caring manner when interacting with programme participants to create a welcoming and supportive environment Fulfil any relevant administration processes to ensure that accurate records are maintained Contribute into the planning and review processes for the programmes and activities to ensure continuous improvement and development to meet the changing needs of the community Maintain close links to the community and any relevant external agencies to help identify new ways to deliver mission and facilitate the establishment of effective collaborative ways of working The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: A strong, vibrant Christian faith Excellent interpersonal skills A passion to support people.
