As a key member of our Financial Planning & Wealth Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and contributing to the growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in Financial Services and be looking for a new challenge in a small and dynamic team environment. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
The position involves providing administrative support to our clients, Financial Planners, Paraplanners and the Operations Director. This includes sending and chasing Letters of Authority, processing and submitting business applications, producing paperwork and general administration tasks.
