I'm looking for an experienced audio engineer to professionally edit and produce 3–5 guided breathwork and meditation recordings.
I will provide the raw voice recordings. The longest recording will be approximately 20 minutes. Most recordings will range between 5–10 minutes, with a couple closer to 20 minutes.
Your role will be to:
Clean and enhance vocal audio (remove noise, clicks, breath pops, background hiss, etc.)
Apply EQ, compression, and mastering for a warm, professional sound
Source and integrate properly licensed, royalty-free background music suitable for breathwork and meditation
Carefully balance music and voice (including subtle dips and dynamic shifts where needed)
Deliver high-quality final mastered files (WAV + MP3)
The tone required is calm, grounded, and professional - not overly "spa-like" or cliché meditation music. I'm looking for something modern, minimal, steady, and emotionally supportive.
It is very important that the final audio has strong emotive elements. These recordings are designed to guide internal state shifts, so music selection and sound design need to subtly support nervous system regulation and emotional depth. I will provide examples of the types of sounds and music I use in live sessions to help guide the direction.
This initial project is for 3–5 recordings. There is strong potential for an additional 10–20 recordings over the next couple of months for the right person.
Requirements:
Proven experience editing meditation, breathwork, spoken-word, or podcast audio
Access to properly licensed royalty-free music libraries
Strong sense of emotional tone and subtle sound design
Ability to create a clean, premium, immersive sound
Strong communication and ability to take feedback
