International Event Coordinator Wanted!

Are you a passionate Event Coordinator ready to take your skills to a global stage? Our client, a leader in the Software and Technology sector, is searching for an enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team in Uxbridge! This is a temporary full-time position for 6 months, with an hourly rate ranging from £14 to £19.

About the Role: In this exciting position, you'll play a pivotal role in planning and executing outstanding conferences across Europe, the Middle East, and America. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for logistics, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Research and liaise with venues, suppliers, and contractors

Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise value

Create and maintain engaging event websites

Manage all logistical aspects of events to ensure smooth execution

Coordinate training and support for guest speakers

Oversee virtual event execution and troubleshoot live issues

Travel internationally to manage on-site operations ️

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination

Proven ability to manage logistics across multiple regions (Europe, US)

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Confident and professional demeanour with a collaborative attitude

Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and contractors

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience with virtual event platforms

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally

Passion for long-term career growth within the organisation

Location: Our client's office is conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from Uxbridge train station, however, this role will be mostly remote working unless away on travel
