About the Role
This is a critical role for a motivated and progressive individual to work with our secondary pastoral team, supporting students’ learning by focusing on behaviour, attendance, and promoting personal excellence. You will collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to develop positive attitudes and approaches to learning, serving as the first point of contact for parents regarding support for their children. You will also contribute to the overall management of support and care for students in this large all-through school.
