Responsibilities:
1. Assistthe Maintenance LEad in overseeing the daytoday operations of themaintenance department including scheduling and prioritisingtasks.
2. Perform routine maintenance and repairsof the facilities and equiptment.
3. Inspect andmaintain fire safety equipment ensurring they are in complainacewith regulatory standards.
4. Respond promptly tomaintainance requests resolving issues efficently andeffectively.
5. Conduct regular inspeactions ofthe premises to identify potential hazards and maintenanceneeds.
6. Assis in maintaining externalcontractors and vendors ensuring quality of work and adherence tobudgetary contraints.
7. maintain accurate recordsof maintenance activities equipment andimventory.
8. provide support and guideance tomaintenance staff fostering a positive and productive workenvrionment.
SkillsRequired:
* Proven expereince in amaintenance role preferably in a healthcare or residentialsetting.
* Strong knowledge of health and safetyregulations and best practices.
* Excellentproblemsolving skills and ability to work underpressure.
* Effective communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment.
* Detailoriented with a strongfocus on quality.
* Ability to prioritise tasksand manage time effectively.
* Valid driverslicence.
