What Youll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Leading, coaching, and mentoring External Account Managers to drive innovation and high performance
2. Setting challenging yet realistic goals to keep the team motivated and results-focused
3. Securing long-term customer contracts to support sustainable business growth
4. Driving sales volume growth through existing and new business opportunities, including cash sales
5. Maximising lead generation and upselling across all product streams
6. Developing strong working relationships across the wider business
